Overall, Leper's skillset consists of Chop, a high damage low accuracy skill that can hit the frontline Hew, Purge, Revenge or Withstand, depending on what you need. This will easily prejudicate the Leper, since he won't be able to have access to his entire kit. Be wary of bringing heroes who move into the first position, such as the Grave Robber and the Shieldbreaker.
